Frank Burton

Frank Burton currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Stafford Lynch, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Frank held the title of Group Head of Human Resources at both Irish Pride Bakeries from December 2015 to October 2022 and Pat The Baker from June 2007 to October 2022, overseeing Human Resources and Health & Safety functions. Frank began their career as Human Resources Manager for UK & Ireland at Europ Assistance from February 2001 to June 2007, managing HR operations across two sites. Frank’s academic background includes an MSc in Work & Organisational Psychology from Dublin City University, a Bachelor of Laws from Dublin Business School, a Diploma in Industrial Relations from Technological University Dublin, and a BA in Psychology from University College Dublin. Currently, Frank is pursuing a Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Technology at Technological University Dublin, set to complete in July 2024.
