Aisha Christa Atkinson

Aisha Christa Atkinson, M.S., currently serves as a Campus Instructional Leader at Stafford Municipal School District, overseeing the Language Proficiency Assessment Committee and managing student discipline through positive behavior interventions. With experience as the ADSY Summer Learning Principal, Aisha focused on enrollment management and student counseling, while also providing instructional leadership as a Reading Language Arts and Science Instructional Coach. Involved in various educational organizations, Aisha has held roles such as Conference Committee Chair with the Texas Alliance of Black School Educators and Education Consultant for Be A Change, LLC, where Aisha led curriculum development efforts. Additionally, Aisha contributes as a writer for Education Week and Edutopia, and operates The Lit Sensei Designs as Creative Director on Teachers Pay Teachers. Aisha holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from Texas A&M International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary English Education from the University of Mount Olive.
