Jennifer Arries currently serves as the Regional PSW network co-chair for the West Midlands ADCS Network since August 2024. Jennifer has been the Principal Social Worker, IRO / ICC Head of Service & Practice Excellence at Staffordshire County Council since March 2022. Prior experience includes various roles at Cheshire West and Chester Council from July 2011 to March 2022, culminating in positions as Team Manager for both the Child Protection & Court Team and the CiN Team, as well as serving as a Senior Practitioner and Social Worker within the CiN Team. Jennifer also worked as a Social Worker at Shropshire Council and Lancashire County Council between 2009 and 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Lancashire, alongside additional studies at Bournemouth University and the University of Chester, obtaining degrees in management and practice education.
