Lord Carl Radford has extensive experience in law enforcement and military service. Currently serving as a Police Community Support Officer with Staffordshire Police since May 2008, Carl has previously worked as a Bailiff at Dukes Bailiffs Limited and as a Prison Officer at HMP Dovegate in 2007. Carl's career began in the military, serving in HM Forces from 1979 to 2003. Educational background includes attendance at Windsor Boys School in Germany from 1974 to 1978 and Rising Brook High from 1978 to 1979.
