Kristiaan Vanhercke is the founder and managing director of MindCapture, a consultancy focused on providing high-quality talent solutions in the life sciences and cleantech sectors. Additionally, Kristiaan is a co-founder of StaffYourTribe, specializing in IT recruitment and consultancy, and owner of Vision4Care, which supports innovative societal and global initiatives. Previous experience includes co-founding and leading SmartWithFood, serving as COO at Biogazelle, and holding various leadership roles at Roche Diagnostics Belgium, including sales director and member of the EMEA management team. Kristiaan possesses an extensive educational background in digital strategy, life sciences, and management from prestigious institutions including Vlerick Business School and Ghent University.
