Seth A. Malamut

Mr. Malamut is a Senior Vice President and has served as our Associate General Counsel since 2014. Prior to 2014, Mr. Malamut served as outside counsel for the firm while an attorney at Sherin and Lodgen LLP. While in private practice, Mr. Malamut represented public and private corporations and specialized in all aspects of commercial real estate law including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint venture arrangements and financings. Mr. Malamut holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lehigh University and a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School.
