Ellie Handel

Ellie Handel is an experienced theater professional currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at New York University since September 2020, teaching a groundbreaking course on theatrical jobs and production for sophomore musical theater students. In addition to this role, Ellie has been working as a Production Coordinator at the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society since September 2021, having previously held various positions within the same organization, including Administrative Assistant and Production Stage Manager. Other notable experiences include serving as a Social Media Manager at New York University and assisting as Company Manager and Assistant Director at Evan Bernardin Productions. Ellie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama (Musical Theatre) from New York University and a Certificate in Vocal Performance and Musicianship from Berklee College of Music.
