Sherry Frydenlund

Sherry Frydenlund is an accomplished businesswoman with a long history of success in a variety of industries. Sherry is currently an operating partner at Stage Fund, a position they have held for 13 years. Prior to that, they were the founder and creative director of Art-Den, LLC, a full-service marketing and graphic design company. Sherry has also been a yoga teacher for over 13 years and is the founder of [ Let it ] Rain Yoga. In addition to their current positions, Sherry has also served as an art director for AmuseMints Mint Company LLC and as an animation and graphic design professor at Westwood College. Throughout their career, Sherry has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.

Sherry Frydenlund has an undergraduate degree from the Art Institute of Colorado in computer animation and graphic design from 1997-2000. Sherry also has a degree from Wharton Executive Education and is a Reiki Master. Sherry is also an E-RYT 500 from Yoga Alliance and a spin instructor from QiFlow.
