Alice Pike

Alice Pike is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at STAGE3 AGENCY since March 2021. Prior to this role, Alice spent over nine years at Best Friends Animal Society in Los Angeles as the Employee Engagement Manager and HR Administrator. Earlier career highlights include serving as VP of Human Resources at DMI Music & Media Solutions, and involvement in event production for the Independent Film & Television Alliance. Alice also gained experience in advertising and art administration at Warner Bros. Records and as National Singles Director at A&M Records. Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA and completed education at La Canada High School.
