Charlotte Somerville

Charlotte Somerville has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Charlotte started their career in 2012 as a Team Leader at Next Group PLC. Charlotte then worked as an HR Consultant at Capita from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they held the position of Business Graduate and later Marketing Communications Specialist at Babcock International Group. In 2016, they served as the Chair of Babcock Women's Network at Babcock. Charlotte then worked as the Group Marketing Manager at TP Group plc from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they held the role of Marketing and Communications Manager at Stagecoach Bus. Currently, they work at Stagecoach Group Limited and has progressed from the position of Corporate Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Manager to Senior Corporate Communications Manager and currently serves as the Head of Corporate Communications.

Charlotte Somerville attended Queen Margaret University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA hons) degree in Business Management. Prior to that, they attended Balwearie High School and obtained 1 Advanced Higher and 5 Highers in various fields of study. In addition to their formal education, Charlotte has also obtained additional certifications including a Level 5 Diploma from CIPD, a Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute, and a Level 3 Award in Leadership from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
