Dean Merryman

Dean Merryman has a strong background in risk and assurance, with their most recent role being Director of Risk & Assurance at Stagecoach Group plc. Prior to that, they served as Regional Audit Director at Saputo Inc., where they led the successful implementation of a compliance framework. Before Saputo Inc., Dean was Head of Internal Audit at DAIRY CREST GROUP PLC, a leading UK dairy products company. Dean also held various roles at Philips, including Regional Head of Internal Audit ASEAN and Regional Head of Internal Audit in North America. Dean began their career as an Assistant Audit Manager at Ernst & Young before becoming the Group Financial Controller at Acatos & Hutchinson plc.

Dean Merryman obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Kent, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. In 1994, they received certification as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.
