Pol Albacar Fernández

Pol Albacar Fernández has been working in the field of software development and machine learning since 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Software Development Engineer at Pervasive Technologies, where they developed entire applications with embedded AI models for business solutions, built cloud architectures to deploy and handle these apps, and developed AI Object Detection and Segmentation models. Currently, they are working as an R&D - Machine Learning & Computer Vision Engineer at StageInHome.

Pol Albacar Fernández completed a Bachillerato in Technology from Escola Pia Santa Anna Mataró in 2013-2015. Pol then went on to receive an Audiovisual Systems Engineering degree in Ingeniería informática from Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2015-2019. Most recently, they obtained a Master in Computer Vision in Inteligencia artificial from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2019-2021.
