Rachel Langenhorst has a diverse work experience spanning various educational institutions and roles. Rachel currently serves as the Director of District Partnerships at Stages Learning since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Education Specialist at Mayo Clinic Rochester starting from March 2019. Rachel also has experience as an Adjunct Professor at both the University of Sioux Falls, starting from January 2017, and Northwestern College, starting from January 2016. Before transitioning into these higher education roles, they worked at Rock Valley Community Schools as an Instructional Coach, Technology Integrationist, and Classroom Teacher from 2006 to June 2022. Rachel has also contributed to educational resources and publications, such as Mackin Educational Resources as an Expert Contributor and Blogger from 2014 to June 2022, and Big Deal as a Contributing Writer from 2014 to December 2015. Rachel previously worked as an Elementary Educator at Brandon Valley Public Schools from August 2001 to May 2007, and as a Middle School Teacher at Millard Public Schools from August 1999 to June 2001.
Rachel Langenhorst earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Northwestern College, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. Several years later, they pursued further education at the University of Sioux Falls, where they earned their Master's Degree in Education Technology from 2011 to 2013.
