James G. Dodrill

James G. Dodrill is the current advisor at Stagewood Consortium and has over 25 years of experience in business law. James was previously the co-founder, president, and general counsel at Outlook Sports Technology, Inc. from 1996 to 2000 where they helped the company grow to sales in 17 states. From 1993 to 1996, James worked as an associate at Latham & Watkins where they focused on securities and general corporate law. James has experience working on private and public offerings of equity and debt, representing issuers and underwriters as well as mergers, acquisitions, drafting proxy statements, annual reports, partnership agreements, 1933 and 1934 Act filings and general corporate contracts and documentation. Throughout their career, James has demonstrated their ability to provide legal advice and guidance that helps businesses achieve their goals.

James G. Dodrill attended the University of Miami School of Law, where they earned their J.D., magna cum laude. James also has an A.B. in Psychology from Brown University.
