Ryan Meerstein

Ryan Meerstein is the managing partner at Targeted Victory, a position they have held since 2015. Prior to that, they worked on the McCain campaign from 2008 to 2011 as the Ohio state director. From 2005 to 2006, they were the political education director at the Republican National Committee.
