Previously, Ananda worked at Carborundum Universal Limited for over a decade, holding various managerial positions related to polymer operations, new product development, and synthetic resins. Ananda has a strong educational background in Polymer Science and Engineering, Chemistry, and has experience in developing new products based on marketing inputs and conducting field trials.
