Rebecca Foltz

Rebecca Foltz has over a decade of experience in the behavioral health field, currently serving as a Clinical Care Specialist and PCH Administrator at Stairways Behavioral Health since November 2011. Prior roles include Blended Case Manager at both Stairways Behavioral Health and the Barber National Institute, as well as Therapeutic Staff Support. Rebecca also has diverse experience in customer service and support roles, including positions at Presque Isle Downs and Casino and Alltel Wireless. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Kent State University and certifications as a Personal Care Home Administrator from Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Beaver and as a Medication Administration Trainer from Temple University.
