Michael Vasquez

Michael Vasquez, MS, MBA has over a decade of experience in various roles within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Michael has held leadership positions such as the Sr. Director of US Technical Operations at Stallergenes Greer, overseeing a wide range of functions to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Prior to this, they worked at Althea, CMO as a Supervisor of Drug Product Manufacturing and Process Engineer, where they managed complex formulations projects and advised on contract manufacturing. Their experience also includes roles at Novasep, Merck Millipore, and Life Technologies, where they gained hands-on experience in protein expression, process development, and large-scale production. Additionally, they have served as a Visiting Professor at DeVry University, sharing their knowledge and expertise with students in the field of biotechnology.

Michael Vasquez obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry/Cell Biology from UC San Diego in 2005, followed by a Master of Science in Biology from the same institution in 2006. Michael went on to earn an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix between 2008 and 2010. In 2016 to 2017, Michael completed a Masters Certificate in Lean & Six Sigma from Villanova University.
