Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Real Estate Strategy and Development at Inspirato, where responsibilities included sourcing and closing new portfolio additions, aligning capital with strategic projects, and enhancing the company's position in the luxury single-family home market. Prior to Inspirato, Morgan worked at J.P. Morgan as a Banker, providing tailored financial solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients and managing significant assets. Early career roles included positions at Johnson & Johnson as an Associate Brand Manager and OppenheimerFunds as a Senior Fund Analyst, where Morgan was recognized for exceptional performance and leadership. Morgan holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Colorado State University.
