Elizabeth Longmore is the SVP, Ambulatory Services & Consumer/Patient Experience at Stamford Health. Elizabeth has been with Stamford Health since September 2011, and in their current role, they are responsible for the ICU, IMCU, Cardiology Unit, War Room, Dialysis, Pain and Palliative Care Services. Elizabeth was the clinical lead for the operational and activation planning for the new Hospital facility that opened in 2016. Prior to their current role, Elizabeth was the Nurse Manager Emergency Services at Stamford Hospital from 2008-2009, where they oversaw a 45,000-visit ED and 19,000-visit Urgent Care Center. Elizabeth began their career as a Registered Nurse at Sound Shore Medical Center from 1996-2000, before taking on the role of Education and Quality Improvement Coordinator at Staten Island University Hospital from 2000-2002. In 2002, they became Charge Nurse/Nurse Educator Emergency Dept at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center until 2008 when they joined Stamford Hospital. In March 2017, Elizabeth was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Stamford Health Medical Group, a position they held until October 2021 when they assumed their current role.

Elizabeth Longmore has a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Mercy College and a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from Mercy College. Elizabeth also has an Associate's degree in Nursing from Cochran School of Nursing.

Elizabeth Longmore reports to Rod Acosta, Chief Physician Executive, President & CEO, Stamford Health Medical Group.
