Shannon Patterson, MSW, CPXP, FPCC has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Shannon Patterson, MSW, CPXP, FPCC completed an MSW degree at Wilfrid Laurier University in 1999, with a focus on Social Work. Prior to that, Shannon earned a BSW degree in Social Work from King's University College between 1991 and 1995. In 2010, Shannon pursued a Certificate in Medical Management from the University of Washington. Additionally, Shannon participated in the Harvard Leadership Development Program at Harvard University in 2013-2014. Shannon holds additional certifications including being a Planetree Fellow in Person-Centered Care obtained in 2023, a Certified Patient Experience Professional obtained in 2017, and a certification as a Professional in Healthcare Quality from NCPHQ.
