Role: 

This is the right role for you if you’re an entrepreneurial seller who loves to learn, experiment and exceed targets. Stamped is entering into a really exciting time after making a strategic acquisition. We’re now on a mission to change the way our customers and prospects think about their reviews + loyalty programs with a whole suite of new features. Boring, generic programs are out and hyper-personalized, delightful programs are in. 

We’re looking for someone to help us spread this message to some of the fastest growing and most exciting ecommerce brands. In this role, you’ll work closely with the rest of our revenue department as well as across departments like product, support, CX, etc. You’ll find that culture is a major focus for us as a business. We work hard to support so many customers with such a small team and it’s incredibly important that we have fun working together, take ownership over our roles and provide the best possible customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in what’s happening in the ecommerce industry, our customers and the problems they’re looking to solve, and how reviews, loyalty & personalization drive key outcomes for these customers

  • Own and deliver against a monthly MRR target

  • Get in front of the right people through a combination of outbound outreach, partnerships, industry events, social media, etc.

  • Know where to focus your effort by asking the right questions and qualifying leads

  • Run thoughtful discovery to balance a deep understanding of a prospect’s business and the limited time you have in front of that prospect

  • Take what you’ve learned about the prospect to teach them something new about their business and convey Stamped’s value to their specific needs

  • Run tailored platform demos to multiple stakeholders

  • Leverage our partner ecosystem to create solutions for prospects

  • Negotiate deal terms

  • Analyze your pipeline to accurately forecast your results. Build and execute a plan to fill gaps and accelerate month ending MRR added

  • Maintain proper CRM hygiene and leverage other sales tools effectively (Hubspot, SalesNav, Apollo, Storeleads, Gong, etc.)

  • Prepare for weekly 1:1s & action feedback quickly and consistently

  • Attend and participate in team meetings with other revenue department teams (marketing, agency partnerships, technology partnerships, sales development and sales)

  • Provide feedback to the rest of our company (product, CS, support, etc.) of what you’re hearing with prospects

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of SaaS sales experience

  • Track record of exceeding targets

  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills both with customers and internal team members

  • Storytelling ability to translate complex ideas into memorable moments for prospects

  • Natural curiosity and a need to understand things you don’t know yet

  • Self-driven learning & development

  • Internal locus of control & accountability default

  • Experimental & builder mentality

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in ecommerce / with ecommerce brands

  • Experience with the Challenger Sales Methodology

Compensation:

We offer a starting base salary of $65,000-$70,000 CAD depending on experience. This role has a variable pay element which provides an estimated total starting OTE of $130,000-$140,000.

We take a holistic approach to compensation at Stamped. Total compensation includes Salary, benefits, RRSP, ESPP, an annual education allowance and other perks.
