Alysia MacInnes

Alysia MacInnes has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and people operations. Alysia'smost recent role was as the VP of People Operations at WeCommerce starting in October 2023. Before that, they served as the Director of People Operations & Culture at Stamped.io starting in November 2021. Alysia also held positions at Mogo, where they worked as the Director of People & Culture from February 2021 to November 2021, and as the Manager of People & Culture from October 2017 to February 2021. Prior to Mogo, they worked as an HR Advisor at PAI Health from March 2017 to October 2017. Alysia's earlier experience includes a role as the People (HR & Operations) Team Lead at A Thinking Ape from October 2015 to January 2017, a position as a Human Resources Generalist/ Learning & Development Specialist at CG Industrial Specialties from November 2013 to October 2015, and a role as a Human Resources Manager at PDW Inc. in 2013. Alysia began their career as a Corporate Trainer at London Drugs from September 2007 to June 2013 and as a Sales Supervisor from March 2006 to September 2007. Alysia's first managerial position was as a Store Manager at American Eagle Outfitters from June 2005 to March 2006.

Alysia MacInnes, CPHR, obtained a Management Certificate in Human Resources from the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2013. Alysia is also a member of CPHR BC & Yukon, obtained in 2017.
