Jim Scott has a diverse work experience, starting as a Production Supervisor at Maple Leaf Foods Inc in 1990. Jim then held various roles including Industrial Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Plant Manager in different facilities of the company. In 2006, they became the Vice President of Six Sigma for North America, leading the implementation of six sigma methodology and managing a team across 9 facilities. In 2009, they joined Wholesome Harvest Baking as the VP of Operations, North America. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Stampede Meat, Inc, working alongside the CEO and CFO to execute the company's vision.
Jim Scott attended Humber College from an unknown start year until 1990, where they studied Industrial Engineering. Jim also obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Maple Leaf Foods Inc in an unknown month of 2008 and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the same institution in an unknown month of 2004.
