Lindsey Perea has worked in the recruiting and talent acquisition field for the past five years. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Recruiter for Stampli, a company that specializes in Accounts Payable Automation. Prior to this, they were a Senior Recruiter for Jobot from 2020-2022. From 2019-2020, they were a Business Solutions Manager for Ultimate Staffing, where they provided support to local Costa Mesa businesses and jobseekers. From 2016-2019, they were a Senior Recruiter for Mission Recruiting, LLC, a corporate recruiting firm. In 2016, they also worked as a Talent Acquisition for Stride Search, where they identified, located, and evaluated the best engineering talent in the Bay Area.
