Sridhar T began their work experience in 2003 as a CNC Setter at Hi-Tech Engineering. Sridhar then moved on to Endurance Technologies Ltd. in 2006, where they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer in the Machine shop. In 2008, they joined Delphi-TVS as an Assistant Engineer in the Machine shop.

In 2014, Sridhar T joined Nittan India Tech Pvt Ltd as a Deputy Manager in Manufacturing, where they were responsible for handling the Machining Division and New Product Development activities. During this time, they focused on continuous improvements in PQCDSM and establishing a culture of start-up meetings at the shop floor.

In 2019, Sridhar T became the Deputy Manager-MFD at Bharat Fritz Werner Ltd. (BFW), where they drove margin improvements and led plant activities as per organizational goals. Sridhar also implemented lean manufacturing methods to improve operational KPIs and led continuous improvement processes to eliminate variation in the production process.

Most recently, in 2020, Sridhar T joined Stanadyne LLC as a Manager in NPD. In this role, they are responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling end-to-end new product development activities through Operational Excellence philosophy. Sridhar ensures that manufacturing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs. Sridhar T also manages, plans, executes, and controls key capital and non-capital investment projects.

Sridhar T completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Sathyabama University from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from Elumalai Polytechnic College from 2000 to 2003. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in May 2020 and the ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditor certification from Sam TQM Consultants - India in September 2016.
