Justin brings over 20 years of recruiting experience to STAND 8. As the Recruiting Operations Manager, he provides recruiters with the most effective tools to approach the hiring process and helps talent acquisition teams run more efficiently. Justin is always looking for the best way forward in all aspects of life.

Justin is quite the traveller. He was born in Hawaii, raised in San Diego, and has now been in Des Moines for 15 years. Justin is a fan of the Korean baseball team, NC Dions (2020 KBO champions!) In his spare time, he loves to bake his famous pineapple upside-down cake!
