Tutsi Hershler is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Stand.earth since October 2021, Tutsi previously held the role of Human Resources Advisor at The Bloom Group Community Services Society from October 2016 to October 2021. Earlier positions include Human Resources contributions at Bowman Gilfillan, where recruitment strategy and performance management were prioritized, and roles at Tribal Consulting and Tower Group focusing on recruitment and administrative support. Tutsi began the career as a CSC at Allan Gray and as an HR Administrator at Syntell, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR functions. Tutsi holds an Honours Degree in Workplace Change and Labour Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Labour, Organisational Psychology, and HR Management, both from the University of Cape Town.
