Georgina Monsalvo currently serves as the Arizona Organizing Director at Stand for Children, where responsibilities include collaborating with national staff on strategic organizing and advocacy campaigns as well as managing diverse teams for various political initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as a Small Business District Manager at ADP, where consistent growth and client relationship cultivation were achieved, and as Campaign Manager for Daniel Hernandez For Arizona, overseeing comprehensive campaign activities and team mentorship. Georgina has also held positions such as Field Director for the Pima County Democratic Party, Field Organizer for the Arizona Democratic Party/Ron Barber For Congress, and Fellow/Organizer for Organizing for Action, each contributing to significant voter engagement and outreach efforts. Georgina's early internships included analysis of special education in Mexico and engagement in community development initiatives. Georgina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Arizona.
