Matthew Kail

Matthew Kail is currently the Director of Data Strategy at Stand Together Foundation, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Matthew served as a Senior Data Analyst at SAIC from March 2020 to June 2023, where responsibilities included processing event data in Splunk and enhancing visibility into environmental performance through actionable dashboards. Prior roles include Senior Performance Measurement Analyst at Unisys and NetCentrics Corporation, and Senior Project Manager at Decision Resources Group, where Matthew developed a process to manage project work effectively. Additionally, as a Consultant at JPI, Matthew led a project management support team and significantly streamlined documentation processes. Matthew's career began as a Technology Specialist at Learning Systems International, followed by a Program Officer role at the University of Maryland, where technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL and JavaScript were cultivated. Academic credentials include a BA in Political Science with a minor in Russian and East European Studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
