Ciara Kennedy-Mercer

Ciara Kennedy-Mercer is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as Communications Manager at Stand Together since September 2020, previously holding the role of Bilingual Communications Associate. Prior experience includes an internship at Voice of America's Latin American Division in early 2020 and an Undergraduate Research Assistant position at the University of Maryland’s Department of Spanish & Portuguese. Ciara gained valuable experience as a Social Work Intern and Volunteer at EL CENTRO DE AYUDA and worked as a server at Skippers Pier and All American Steakhouse And Sports Theater. Ciara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Spanish from the University of Maryland and an Associate of Arts in Transfer Studies with a concentration in Psychology from Anne Arundel Community College.
