Emily Dryfoos

Emily Dryfoos has a strong background in event management and marketing. Emily is currently working as the Director of Events at Stand Together since 2023. Previously, they worked at JBG SMITH from 2017 to 2022, where they held roles such as Senior Director of Events and Director of Events. At JBG SMITH, they were responsible for client relations and retention strategies, branding and forecasting, and played a crucial role in securing a key investor and tenant. Prior to that, Emily worked at VORNADO/Charles E. Smith from 2007 to 2017, where they held roles such as Marketing Manager and Marketing Project Manager. In these positions, they drove targeted marketing strategies, forged partnerships, recruited event operations team leads, and orchestrated events for both internal and external clients.

Emily Dryfoos attended the University of Maryland, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
