Shannon Fowler

Shannon Fowler, PHR, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at GAP Solutions, Inc. as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist, where they held multiple roles. From 2010 to 2016, Shannon served as the Director of Human Resources at the Charles Koch Institute, overseeing HR, recruiting, admissions, and operations. Since 2016, they have been working at Stand Together as the Director of Talent Development and Human Resources Leader, focusing on project management, process improvement, and HR operations analysis.

Shannon Fowler, PHR, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from James Madison University, where they studied Business Administration and Management from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they hold two certifications related to the field of Human Resources. In December 2008, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Recently, in April 2021, they earned the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI.
