Cláudia da Cruz Lima

Cláudia da Cruz Lima has worked as the Head of Operational Risk at Standard Bank Angola since September 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of Risk Manager at Standard Bank Group from March 2015. Before joining Standard Bank, they worked at PwC Angola as an Associate from August 2011 to February 2015, and then as a Senior Associate.

Cláudia da Cruz Lima has a background in Information Technology. Cláudia obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in IT and Enterprises from the University of Pretoria from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed another Bachelor of Science degree in IT with a focus on Knowledge and Information Systems at the University of Pretoria from 1999 to 2004. In addition to their academic achievements, Cláudia has obtained certifications in "Mastering Self-Leadership," "Data Fluency: Exploring and Describing Data," and "Leading with Innovation" from LinkedIn in the years 2023, 2021, and 2021, respectively.
