Karen Levy-Strauss

Karen Levy-Strauss serves as the Head of TPS Learning and Development at Standard Bank since August 2007, where responsibilities include establishing a cohesive Learning and Development team post-merger. Previous roles include Managing Executive at The LR Group, where success in setting up a new NQF Business Unit was achieved, and Head of Knowledge Management at Standard Bank, where a Knowledge Management Strategy was implemented. In addition, Karen has a long-standing involvement with Toastmasters District 74, having held various leadership positions, including Division Governor and trainer. Educational credentials include a B-Tech Degree in Human Resources Development from UNISA and several coaching certifications, demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional development in coaching and learning methodologies.
