Salim Al Mamun has extensive experience in regulatory reporting and card business management, currently serving as the Manager of Regulatory Reporting, Card Business Support, and Cards Operations at Standard Bank PLC since May 2015. Prior to this role, Salim worked as an Associate Manager at Eastern Bank PLC, focusing on customer service and quality experience delivery for cardholders. Salim began a career in customer service at Standard Chartered Bank. Salim holds a Master's in Bank Management and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and MIS from East West University, as well as a Higher Secondary School Certificate in Commerce from Notre Dame College. Salim is currently pursuing a qualification as a Charter Secretary from the Institute of Charter Secretary of Bangladesh.
