Alvin So

Alvin So is currently serving as the Director and Head of Payments at Standard Chartered Bank since October 2022. Previously, Alvin held several key positions at HSBC from April 2014 to October 2022, including Senior Product Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the Corporate and Global Banking Real-time Payment and Global Disbursement product portfolio. Alvin's earlier experience includes roles such as Lead Digital Analyst and Transformation Manager at Ernst & Young, and Senior Consultant at Atos Origin. Alvin holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Laws from The Manchester Metropolitan University, along with an Overseas Internship at Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a study stint at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
