Ankita Khakhal

Ankita Khakhal is currently serving as a Software Engineer Intern at Standard Chartered since May 2024. Prior to this role, Ankita held various positions, including Donor Engagement Officer at Gopali Youth Welfare Society, a student-run NGO aiding nearby villages, from May 2022 to June 2024. Additionally, Ankita worked as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak from May 2022 to January 2023, and completed a Research Internship at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) during 2022. In the summer of 2022, Ankita also gained experience as a Machine Learning Intern at the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam and as a Data Analysis Intern at the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli. From August 2021 to April 2022, Ankita served as Secretary for Communiqué IIT Kharagpur. Ankita is pursuing a Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) in Biotechnology at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, expected to graduate in 2025, having completed secondary education at Navy Children School, Mumbai.
