Chella Kannan

Chella Kannan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in banking and technology. Currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Rightshoring Enablement at Standard Chartered since July 2017, Chella has held various leadership roles at notable institutions including Royal Bank of Scotland from December 2010 to July 2017, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Business Engagement for Global Operations India to Head of Transitions. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President at Bank of America, where Chella oversaw delivery and transitions within the Securities & Wealth Management domain. Chella began the career at Tata Consultancy Services, developing skills as a Global Delivery Manager and Project Manager over a decade.
