Chris Schnetler

Chris Schnetler is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Standard Chartered Bank in Jersey, Chris has held several key positions such as Director of Risk and Compliance and Associate Director of Risk & Compliance at JTC Group, and Head of Compliance at Commercial Bank International. Previously, Chris also worked at Emirates NBD in various leadership roles, including Head of Regulatory Compliance and Group Compliance Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Compliance Manager at Barclays UAE. Chris holds an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of South Africa and is an admitted attorney with the Law Society of South Africa.
