Eleanor Weir

Eleanor Weir is an accomplished executive in the field of Structured Export Finance, currently serving as Executive Director at Standard Chartered Bank since April 2018, focusing on ECA-supported financings. Prior to this role, Eleanor held various positions at Standard Chartered Bank including Associate Director in Structured Export Finance, where responsibilities included the negotiation and execution of Project & Export Finance transactions.
