Lottie Thompson

Lottie Thompson is an experienced professional in governance and compliance with a strong background in legal and regulatory roles. Currently serving as Associate Director of Board Governance at Standard Chartered since June 2025, Lottie previously held various positions at Computershare Entity Solutions from April 2021 to April 2025, including Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Lottie’s expertise extends to compliance, having worked as an Assistant Consultant at Link Asset Services and as a Compliance Assistant at Mazars, where responsibilities included monitoring client onboarding and compliance processes.
