Nina Santana

Nina Santana serves as the Global Head of Skills Based Organisation at Standard Chartered Bank and previously held the position of Global Transformation Head within the Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking division. With extensive experience at DBS Bank, Nina held several senior roles including Senior VP for People Transformation Lead, VP for Culture & Leadership Transformation, and VP for Platform Transformation. Additionally, Nina served as Managing Director at IndigoThinking and as the Director of Employer Brand at Quest Research, alongside earlier experience as a Project Manager for Employer Brand at DBS Bank.
