Saadiya Khan

Saadiya Khan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client documentation and legal advisory roles across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Executive Director and Regional Head of Client Documentation CoE for Africa and the Middle East at Standard Chartered since December 2015, Saadiya has progressed through various leadership positions, including Director and Associate Director in Global Banking Documentation. Prior experience includes serving as a Legal Advisor for FNB South Africa, specializing in Private Banking, and working as a Tax Consultant at KPMG. Saadiya holds an H.Dip in International Tax, an M.Com in Taxation, and an LLB, all from the University of Johannesburg.
