Sailesh Saranga

Sailesh Saranga is an experienced technology manager with a strong background in Agile project management and digital transformation within the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as the PH CCIB Technology Manager at Standard Chartered Bank since November 2020, Sailesh leads Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Migration projects while managing Agile processes. Previous roles include handling project management and Agile coaching at Cognizant, leading a team in the digital transformation of Finastra applications, and serving as Program Test Manager at Bank of Singapore, where Sailesh coached a team through Agile methodologies. With a solid educational foundation, including a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Louisiana State University, Sailesh has a history of working with major financial institutions such as Credit Suisse, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and BNY Mellon, demonstrating expertise in project leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
