Shikha Bountra Jetley

Shikha Bountra Jetley is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the banking and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Finance Operations at Standard Chartered Bank since July 2021, Shikha oversees the bank's centralized operations in areas such as Planning and Analysis, Stress Testing, and Investor Relations. Prior to this role, Shikha held the position of Managing Director at Accenture for over 11 years, focusing on transformation and operational efficiency across various sectors. Previous experience includes Vice President at GE Capital International Services, where Shikha was involved in sales and business development, AVP of Risk Management at TAIB Bank, and Associate Director at KPMG, covering management consulting and corporate finance. Shikha is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Delhi University.
