Unmesh Gundecha is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in DevOps, automation, and architectural strategy across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Technology Lead for Engineering Excellence and DevOps at Standard Chartered Bank, Unmesh is spearheading the implementation of a new DevOps platform to enhance automated deployment capabilities. Previous roles include Head of DevSecOps and Automation at Standard Chartered, where Unmesh led initiatives to modernize IT infrastructure, and Senior Architect positions at Trust Bank and Mox Bank, contributing to technology frameworks and digital experiences. Unmesh's career also includes significant roles at Barclays as Vice President, SunGard as Test Automation Architect, and foundational software development positions early in the career.
