Yasmeen Adel

Yasmeen Adel is a seasoned professional in information and cyber security, currently serving as the Head of Information and Cyber Security and CISO for Standard Chartered in Egypt. Previously, Yasmeen held prominent roles as Head of Information Security and Senior Information Security Officer at the National Bank of Kuwait, and served in various capacities including Senior Information Security Analyst and IT Network & Network Security Administrator at ALEXBANK. Yasmeen's career began as an IT Network and Security Engineer at a reputable bank in Egypt. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Cybercrime Investigation from The British University in Egypt and an MBA focused on Crisis Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
