Evan Shiue

Evan Shiue is the current Head of Strategy & Finance at Standard Cognition. Evan has held this position since June 2018. Prior to this, they were the VP of Strategy, Finance and Ops at Standard Cognition from January 2018 to December 2018. Before that, they were at Unity Technologies as the Corporate Strategy & Development from January 2018 to December 2018.

Evan Shiue began their professional career at PepsiCo in January 2015, where they worked their way up to Sr. Director - Corporate Development, PepsiCo eCommerce. In this role, they led corporate development and strategic partnership initiatives for the newly formed PepsiCo eCommerce division. Evan also served as interim business unit lead for Quaker eCommerce team.

In July 2009, Evan Shiue joined Walmart Global eCommerce as Director - Corporate Development. In this role, they were responsible for leading Walmart's mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships initiatives. Evan also worked cross-functionally across the organization to build and execute acquisition and partnership initiatives. In December 2013, they added M&A Integration responsibilities to their portfolio.

As Director - Corporate Development at Walmart Global eCommerce, Evan Shiue was the primary transaction lead for the acquisitions of Small Society, Tasty Labs, Inkiru, Yumprint, Adchemy and Stylr. In addition, they developed the M&A business case and integration priorities for the acquisition of Yihaodian, a leading eCommerce company in Shanghai,

Evan Shiue completed their undergraduate degree at Stanford University in Industrial Engineering.
