Jeff Hsu

Jeff Hsu is an accomplished professional with a robust background in strategy, operations, and product management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Strategy & Operations at Standard AI since October 2017, Jeff has spearheaded various initiatives such as structure for operational planning, competitive analysis, and the development of new shopper touchpoints. Previous roles at Standard AI include Interim Head of Product, Chief of Staff, and Head of Procurement, demonstrating a diverse skill set across product development, executive support, and procurement management. Prior to this, Jeff held positions at wt55 Group as Principal, overseeing restaurant launch operations, and as Operations Manager at Ippudo NY, where foundational experience in operations was gained. Jeff co-founded Broken Compass Studios, producing an acclaimed iOS video game, and has experience in CPG package design as co-owner of Sassafras Distribution. Jeff holds a B.S. in Economics, Japanese, and Chinese from the University of Utah.
